Part Numbers

Bernard CustomSelect™ Water-Cooled Semi-Automatic MIG Guns are easily ordered by building a part number which describes the torch, cable and front-end consumables. You can use the options shown on this page to custom-design a 600 Amp, water-cooled MIG gun to suit your specific needs.

The part number shown above, SW4610AEB, is an example of a typical configuration. It consists of the following items: a water-cooled, semi-automatic gun with the EZ Feed curved handle, ten-foot cable, 035"-045" consumables set, steel liner, medium 60° body tube, and a Bernard direct plug. Hookup kits are available and can be ordered separately.

If necessary, you can expand your choice of front-end consumables well beyond the standard sets. The steel liner can also be exchanged for a composite liner that is better suited for welding aluminum, titanium and other alloys.
